The purpose of this Hospital Exit Interview Survey was to gain insight into:
- How Hospitals conduct Exit Interview processes;
- What information Exit Interview processes provide; and,
- How Hospitals use Exit Interview data to make better decisions.
We asked 770 Executives from all fifty states nine survey questions.
About the respondents;
- 76% held titles of Director or above;
- 78% confirmed budgetary responsibilities; and
- 87% had direct Exit Interview responsibilities.
About the respondent's organization;
- The average number of employees was 3956;
- The average number of facilities was 4.46;
- The average voluntary turnover rate was 9.5%;
- The average total turnover rate was 13.5%; and
- 71% of responding organizations do centrally manage Exit Interview data.
