Our primary way of creating the greatest impact in an organization is by working with the primary leadership of an enterprise, group, business, function, or management team as well as working with their key leaders. We accomplish this primarily through one on one Coaching and Development or through teaching others to customize and personalize the Coaching and Developing of their subordinates.
