Process Components:

  • On-line or paper exit surveys
  • Followed up with a 30 minute one-on-one phone interview
  • Each item in the survey is responded to twice:
    • By Importance
    • By Performance
  • The "GAP" between importance and performance is used to prioritize action items
  • Reporting:
    • Monthly
    • Quarterly executive summary that is followed-up with a meeting with key company representatives to discuss findings and next steps.
